Responsibilities

• Ensure the uninterrupted, reliable, safe, and efficient operation of the power supply and electrical distribution systems of the Central Bank’s buildings.
• Organize and supervise the scheduled preventive maintenance and routine servicing of electrical equipment, networks, and systems.
• In the event of power outages, participate in identifying the causes, restoring power supply as quickly as possible, and developing measures to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor electrical loads and key electrical parameters, including voltage, current, frequency, active and reactive power, power factor, and other relevant indicators.
• Develop and submit proposals for reducing electricity consumption, optimizing electrical loads, improving energy efficiency, and minimizing losses.
• Supervise electrical installation, repair, maintenance, testing, and commissioning works performed by contractors.
• Oversee the technical quality and compliance of work performed by electricians and relevant technical personnel.
• Maintain and regularly update technical documentation for electrical systems, including diagrams, equipment data, maintenance schedules, and records of completed work.
• Regularly provide the Head of the Department with information and reports on the technical condition of power supply systems, malfunctions, and completed and planned activities.
