We are looking for a seasoned SAP CAP Java Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will work on the development of multiple services from the ground up within the SAP Business Network.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in building commercial software solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams including development, QA, and UX
- Help the team analyze, research, and resolve production issues, customer requests, and inquiries, escalating when appropriate
- Assess the severity and scope of production problems and maintain accountability until they are fully resolved
- Efficiently organize and address multiple production issues and customer requests from various sources, delegating when and where appropriate
