Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and WorkForce TimeManagement
• Contribute to configuration support activities across all project phases Execute testing activities and track defects to maintain solution quality Perform data migration, data validation, and data quality activities Provide post-go-live support and drive issue resolution
• Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Analyze HR business processes and employee lifecycle management requirements
• Communicate with stakeholders to collect requirements and share progress updates Coordinate within a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals
