Responsibilities

Develop and improve the FTUE (First-Time User Experience), including onboarding, tutorials, and first-session experience
Implement gameplay and meta-systems focused on new player activation and retention
Analyze early-stage user behavior and identify growth opportunities (drop-offs, friction points)
Conduct research in collaboration with analysts (funnels, cohorts, A/B testing)
Own FTUE-related KPIs (activation rate, D1/D3 retention, tutorial completion)
Contribute to shaping the long-term vision of the Booster / onboarding direction
