Senior Solution Consultant - Japan

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers across Advisory Services to align on strategic outcomes and deliver exceptional service to customers
• Partner with customers to solve complex business challenges and help them achieve their goals through Atlassian products, practices, and solutions
• Lead strategic customer conversations that connect business priorities, operating models, and technical solution direction
• Identify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion within a customer’s organization
• Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise, staying current with evolving best practices that support different types of teams
• Create high-value technical solution content and prescriptive guidance to support customer goals and outcomes across one or more Atlassian solution areas
• Partner with non-customer-facing teams across Atlassian to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions that address business drivers
• Provide senior-level guidance on platform architecture, adoption strategy, and value realization across complex customer environments
• Mentor peers through knowledge sharing, quality contribution, and role modeling of strong consulting practices
• Travel occasionally, domestically and internationally, for customer meetings and internal events
