Responsibilities

Develop and drive a unified cross-platform UX architecture and long-term UX vision
Design key end-to-end player journeys, including first-time user experience, core/meta progression loops, and social interaction loops, while establishing the foundation of the overall UX system
Create UX guidelines, design patterns, and frameworks that enable scalable product development
Maintain UX consistency and predictability across features, platforms, and geographical markets
