We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Field Technician to join our technical team. This is a hands-on position combining office-based IT support with field work at customer locations.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for computers, laptops, networks, servers, and other IT equipment.
Visit customer sites for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Install and configure CCTV and security systems.
Install structured and low-voltage cabling and cable tray systems.
Install and configure network equipment, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Assist with server installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Perform hardware installation, diagnostics, repair, and testing.
Follow technical drawings, cable routes, and installation plans.
Document completed work and technical issues.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical assistance.
