We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial and results-driven Cloud Engagement Lead to join EPAM's rapidly growing Microsoft team in Switzerland in a hybrid working mode . In this senior leadership revenue-owning role, you will manage the Microsoft business within your assigned unit.
Responsibilities
- Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements
- Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and commercial structuring
- Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation
- Build trusted relationships with client executives, positioning EPAM as a long-term partner
- Collaborate with Microsoft account and industry teams to execute joint go-to-market and co-sell motions
- Leverage Microsoft programs and funding (e.g., ECIF) to unlock opportunities and accelerate deal closure
- Shape strategic cloud transformation deals, including architecture oversight and executive messaging
- Lead strategic pursuits, presentations and pricing strategies for high-value programs
- Align closely with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and account growth
- Contribute to GTM campaigns, industry initiatives and Microsoft-aligned solution accelerators
