We're seeking a seasoned Lead Node.JS Engineer to contribute to a custom eCommerce consumer communication platform built for planning and delivering personalized messaging, including newsletters, marketing campaigns, and transactional communications.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable solutions leveraging NodeJS and AWS Lambda in an event-driven, microservices, and serverless environment
- Drive and uphold engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Utilize design principles and patterns to deliver clean, maintainable code
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment and release workflows
- Incorporate AI-assisted development tools to boost efficiency and code standards
- Mentor and support engineering team members in technical growth and best practices
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
