Head of Fund Management Department

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Fund Management Department’s daily activities, priorities, and performance while mentoring employees to maintain high professional standards.
• Develop and execute the company’s capital markets, financing, and fund management strategies to align with broader business and investment goals.
• Lead the structuring, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of debt instruments, capital market transactions, and structured financing solutions.
• Identify and evaluate diverse funding sources and investment opportunities, including bank financing, bonds, institutional funding, and structured finance.
• Oversee the development of financial, valuation, cash flow projection, scenario analysis, and return assessment models.
• Lead the preparation of investment memoranda, financial reports, investor presentations, compliance documents, and regulatory filings.
• Track portfolio performance, liquidity, financial obligations, return metrics, and key risk indicators to guide senior management decisions.
• Establish key portfolio performance metrics to optimize capital allocation and meet targeted returns.
• Manage primary relationships with banks, investors, rating agencies, external advisors, auditors, and legal counsel.
• Coordinate end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, legal documentation, credit enhancement, and deal closings across internal and external teams.
