Why You’ll Love This Role At Cribl, we are evolving our data organization from a centralized service desk into a dynamic, product-led enablement engine. We are seeking an Analytics Lead to act as our internal data consultant and product owner.
Responsibilities
- Join the company that’s building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl, we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world’s biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what’s next.
- We’re one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we’re remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd.
- At Cribl, we are evolving our data organization from a centralized service desk into a dynamic, product-led enablement engine. We are seeking an Analytics Lead to act as our internal data consultant and product owner.
- Operating dynamically across multiple business units (GTM, People, Finance, etc.), you will take on ambiguous, complex business challenges and design self-serve data solutions that drive action. You combine the strategic rigor of a management consultant with the technical chops of a senior data practitioner. You won’t just take requests; you will own the “Data UX” for our internal stakeholders. You will go deep with two or three named functions rather than spreading thin across all of them.
- Product Mindset: Treat analytics as a product. Learn what users need, rank work by impact, maintain a shared plan, and build analyses people can make decisions from quickly
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders, aligning analytical priorities, influencing decisions, and driving clarity on complex business challenges.
- Analytics Liaison: Serve as the data team's subject matter expert on marketing data, providing strategic guidance on campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics to support marketing decisions.
- 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role, including direct partnership with senior business leaders.
- Experience building or directing predictive models (e.g., propensity, churn) and experiments, and judging when their output is good enough to act on.
- Strong written communication: you can turn an analysis into a short memo a leader can act on without a meeting.
