Head of Product Implementation & Growth Unit

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for retail products, including cards, payments & transfers, bundled offers, online lending and other digital-first products.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept and business case through launch, ongoing optimization, maintenance, and portfolio management.
• Drive digital sales performance, including acquisition, conversion, activation, usage and revenue KPIs.
• Ensure ongoing product maintenance and compliance, including tariff and pricing changes, regulatory and legal updates, policy changes, product terms & conditions and other required product modifications.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, market developments and regulatory requirements and initiate necessary product enhancements or changes.
• Develop compelling customer propositions and continuously improve digital product journeys and customer experience.
• Manage product economics, pricing, profitability, and business cases.
• Partner with Technology, Digital, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance and other stakeholders to deliver new products and implement product changes effectively.
• Identify new product, partnership, and growth opportunities based on customer needs, market trends and data.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the Growth Managers team.
