Technical Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage team, delegate tasks, share information within team and provide feedback to team.
• Provide visionary leadership to a diverse team of technical experts in various, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Conduct professionals staff hiring & development to keep the technical team abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical capabilities.
• Foster collaboration, particularly inside the department with IT, Video, Audio, Equipment
• Support, Studio Engineering, R&D and Internal Production teams over the globe on international level, to optimize workflow and development efficiency.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of cutting-edge technical infrastructure, ensuring unparalleled capabilities for 24/7 Live-Studio Production. • Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and deployment of broadcast equipment in tight timelines and guarantee optimal performance.
• Implement and oversee adherence to relevant systems and control department flow of ticket system project of technical teams, e.g. Confluence (JIRA), Microsoft Automatization or other ERP platforms.
• Monitor and manage the environmental conditions of technical spaces, such as server rooms and studio areas, to ensure optimal performance and equipment longevity.
