Engineering Manager - Foundations & Enablement - Europe and LATAM

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a cross-functional team of engineers with a focus on delivery, people development, and process improvement.
• Maintain and evolve engineering-wide standards — security, tooling, CI/CD, developer experience — that other teams rely on.
• Partner with the Infrastructure team on shared platform concerns, with clear ownership boundaries.
• Support engineers in making technical decisions while ensuring processes and delivery run effectively.
• Own recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to strengthen and grow the team.
• Facilitate regular one-on-one meetings to set goals, evaluate performance, and provide continuous feedback.
• Contribute to improving processes in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
