Responsibilities
- Investigate reported network issues and diagnose root cause
- Remotely work with onsite technicians to deploy new hardware or troubleshoot existing
- Working with vendors as necessary to resolve issues
- Reconfigure switchports to accommodate specific devices
- Reconfiguring network devices according to established standards
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation
- Remotely assist in turning-up new Internet circuits
- Remotely assist in deploying networks at new sites
- Configure/re-configure Azure Resource Groups
- Complying with documented processes for standard tasks
