Full-Time Faculty Position in Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT)

Faculty members are expected to teach three courses per semester and to maintain an active, externally visible research program. Beyond the classroom, the successful candidate will help develop and modernize the curriculum, contributing to new courses, hands-on hardware labs, and project-based learning that reflects current industry and research practice in Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT), embedded systems, and On-Device Intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Teaching and curriculum development in fields of the Internet of Things, embedded systems and microcontroller programming, on-device intelligence, edge AI and TinyML, and other related fields.
- Contribute to curricular and programmatic developments.
- Engage actively in research that contributes to the fields of AIoT, edge computing, and embedded machine learning, and publish findings in high-impact journals and conferences.
- Mentor students in their academic and research pursuits, including capstone project supervision and independent studies.
- Participate in program, college, and university service activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Program Chair(s) and/or Dean.
