The Product Owner is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Fast Bank’s retail products (such as Mobile Banking, Payments Card, Deposits) within a cross-functional team. The role focuses on maximizing product value, meeting business objectives, developing new products and driving sustainable product growth
Responsibilities
- Own and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap
- Organize and manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of product
- Analyze and evaluate customer journey and customer needs
- Plan product development phases, work cycles, and releases, work daily with cross-functional squad
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, including delivery timelines
- Ensure strong focus on sales and product growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor solutions
- Define and track key product performance indicators
- Calculate and manage product economics, analyze product financial performance, including cost-to-benefit ratios
