Junior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: Running full recruitment cycles for a variety of technical roles to meet the needs of fast-changing client projects
• Business partnership: Close collaboration with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams – understanding, qualifying, and prioritizing recruitment needs
• Sourcing: Using LinkedIn sourcing tools, Boolean/X-Ray search, and networking to reach passive candidates, including specialists with niche profiles
• Process and ATS management: Managing several complex processes simultaneously, ensuring data accuracy in the ATS, and reporting recruitment funnel progress to internal stakeholders
• Market expertise: Staying on top of technology trends and the local IT market and using that knowledge to optimize sourcing strategies
• Process optimization: Proposing and implementing improvements to TA processes and sharing knowledge with the team
• Candidate experience and employer branding: Ensuring the highest standard of candidate experience and supporting local employer branding efforts (e.g., participation in industry events and job fairs)
• AI-driven solutions: integrating AI and automation tools into daily sourcing and hiring workflows to accelerate candidate outreach, analyze talent pools, and optimize workflows
