Lead SAP Developer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build out solutions that underpin essential business operations company-wide
• Examine current workflows to pinpoint areas where improvements or greater efficiency could be achieved
• Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into clear technical documentation
• Set up and tailor system features so they stay aligned with shifting business demands
• Diagnose and fix technical problems to keep operations running without disruption
• Take part in quality assurance efforts to confirm the reliability and performance of delivered solutions
• Assist with connecting various systems and modules through integration work
• Produce documentation covering technical designs, setup details, and processes to support future reference and team knowledge-sharing
• Offer coaching and direction to less experienced team members around established best practices
• Keep pace with new tools and approaches to keep improving how solutions get delivered
