• We're looking for a Motion Designer to join Brand Studio, the creative team behind how Zapier shows up in the world. Brand Studio is a small, high-ownership team embedded in Marketing, working at the intersection of brand, product, and enterprise positioning. We care deeply about craft, think strategically about systems, and move fast when the moment calls for it.
• In this role you'll work closely with a team of brand designers and design ops, collaborate cross-functionally with PMM, Product Design, Web, and Social, and partner with external agencies on bigger productions. • You think in systems. You build mogrts files, component libraries, and motion guidelines that other people can use independently, and every project is an opportunity to make the next one ship faster
• You manage up with creative insight, bringing your expertise into conversations proactively so stakeholders understand the why behind every creative choice
• Design and produce motion across product explainers, website animations, paid social video snippets, keynote and event motion, and campaign assets
• Work directly from UI frames provided by the product team to build polished product demo animations and feature explainers
• Build Zapier's motion design language: ownable branded motion patterns that establish how Zapier feels in motion across every surface
• Create motion guidelines, component libraries, and mogrts files that give partners and social teams repeatable building blocks to work from independently
