We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst for the Information Technology Department.

Responsibilities

Gathering and analyzing requirements from the bank's business units.
Holding meetings, interviews and working sessions with stakeholders to identify and refine needs.
Analyzing business processes and identifying the changes required in the bank's information systems.
Formalizing business requirements and translating them into functional and system requirements.
Preparing technical specifications, functional specifications, user and business scenarios.
Describing current (AS IS) and target (TO BE) processes.
Analyzing the impact of planned changes on related information systems and business processes.
Identifying the relationships and dependencies between the bank's various systems.
Preparing requirements for integrations between the bank's internal systems and external information systems.
Documenting integration interactions, the data exchanged, business rules and processing conditions.
