The company is now seeking a Lead AI Prompt Engineer & Architect to take command of this infrastructure, optimize workflows across all departments, and build next-generation AI agents. The vision extends across the entire organization: implementing customized AI agents to support every role—from kitchen staff preparing daily operations to office clerks streamlining paperwork and machine operators optimizing real-time throughput.

Responsibilities

Lead Prompt Engineer and AI Architect, you won't just be typing queries into a web browser. You will be the mastermind behind our internal and external AI ecosystem.
You will dive deep into every department across our board-from the factory floor to sales and logistics—to understand how they work and supercharge their efficiency.
You will manage our high-performance on-prem hardware, deploy local models, and build proactive AI agents, custom skills, and automated workflows that keep us light-years ahead of the competition.
CompanyOS lead: CompanyOS is our modular in-house ERP that manages everything. Literally. CompanyOS was built on AI, and we need to build on it on a daily basis.
● Workflow Optimization: Embed yourself across all company departments to map out processes, identify bottlenecks, and proactively design AI-driven workflows to automate and optimize everyone's day-to-day tasks. Hint: the SMM role needs to run on autopilot!
● Agent & Skill Architecture: Proactively design, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents, multi-agent flows, and specialized skill sets tailored to our business needs.
● Infrastructure Management: Take full ownership of our AI server. Optimize it for local model hosting (LLMs, vision models, etc.), ensure high uptime, and manage resource allocation as other team members utilize it for their local needs.
● Innovative Customer Deliverables
Lead the shift from static customer touchpoints to interactive, AI-driven applications that redefine our client experience.
● Model Curation: Stay savvy on the rapidly evolving AI market. Evaluate, benchmark, and implement the best open-source and commercial models for our specific use cases.
