Senior Manager, Technology Consulting - Digital & Solution Architecture (Retail/CPG)

Responsibilities

• Lead technology consulting engagements for retail and CPG clients, driving digital strategies and transformation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, define business goals and translate insights into actionable solution roadmaps
• Conduct current-state and target-state architecture assessments across data, AI and cloud landscapes to identify gaps and modernization opportunities
• Define enterprise and solution architectures including end-to-end integration, capability mapping, legacy modernization and omnichannel strategy
• Lead technology selection processes including evaluation of digital, mobile and commerce platforms aligned to client objectives
• Own detailed delivery planning and program architecture including QA (development, testing, stabilization), deployment and change management
• Build and oversee implementation roadmaps ensuring governance, risk control and system integration strategies
• Advise senior stakeholders on emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, personalization, automation and cloud-native architectures
• Support pre-sales efforts through contributions to solution proposals, architecture documentation, estimations and delivery approach
• Mentor EPAM and client teams fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and adoption of technology best practices
