We are seeking an accomplished Manager/Senior Manager, Autonomous Enterprise Consulting, to join our team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for an ambitious AI consulting professional with strong executive presence, deep expertise in emerging AI technologies and business transformation, and a proven track record of identifying, shaping, and driving new AI business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to Client stakeholders on AI strategy, AI-enabled business transformation, Generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and the operating model changes required to scale AI across the enterprise
Lead AI advisory engagements, including AI strategy, AI opportunity assessment, use-case prioritization, AI operating model and governance, responsible AI, AI adoption, and enterprise AI transformation
Support opportunity discovery, proposal development, effort estimation, executive presentations, and multidisciplinary solution design in partnership with sales, strategy, and technical teams
Collaborate across EPAM's global capabilities to bring together the appropriate combination of strategy, consulting, data, AI, engineering, cloud, and industry expertise to address client needs
Contribute to the growth of EPAM's Autonomous Enterprise practice through market development, account expansion, intellectual capital development, mentoring, and internal capability building
