Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python+React)

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain software from initial design down to production and monitoring
• Keep things secure: Write secure code, stay aware of potential vulnerabilities, and make sure we protect our data at every step
• Mentor and review: Guide other developers on the team, share knowledge, and run constructive code reviews
• Shape the architecture
• Lead discussions on system design, technical planning, and our overall roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Talk directly with clients or product owners to clarify what they need and turn those requirements into clear tasks
• Connect and troubleshoot: Integrate our platforms with external systems and help the team debug and solve complex technical issues
