We are looking for a WMS/ERP systems administrator with strong analytical thinking and solid technical potential — someone with a firm grounding in systems who picks up new technology quickly and is ready, after training, to take full ownership of running the system and adapting it to the warehouse's standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities
Training and adopting the system: taking an active part in the Logareon WMS training delivered by our partner organisation, and mastering the system's logic and technical particulars completely
Introducing and adapting the SOPs: defining, changing and stabilising the Logareon settings (workflows, picking rules, put-away strategies) on the basis of the warehouse's standard operating procedures
Technical maintenance of the system: creating and managing user roles and permissions and the warehouse location map (new zones, racking)
Overseeing the integration: monitoring the data exchange between the WMS and Odoo 19 (API/integration), and diagnosing and clearing technical bugs quickly
Analysis and data management: bringing large warehouse datasets together and preparing analytical reports for management in advanced Excel
Training the staff: producing training manuals for warehouse operators and staff, in line with the new SOPs, and training them regularly
