We are looking for a structured, proactive Project Manager to lead the coordination of industrial / logistics development projects (warehouse / industrial park format) from early-stage planning through construction and pre-opening. This role is central to aligning all project participants — internal teams, consultants, contractors, and operator — ensuring smooth communication, disciplined execution, and consistency across all project streams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle from early planning through design, construction, and pre-opening
- Align internal functions (procurement, permitting, finance) with external stakeholders (designers, contractors, quality assurance, operator)
- Structure and track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across all project streams
- Coordinate with the appointed operator on scope alignment, design inputs, and pre-opening requirements
- Consolidate inputs and feedback from all stakeholders into clear, actionable outputs
- Maintain structured documentation, reporting, and tracking tools across the project
- Identify risks, delays, and misalignments early, and escalate in a timely manner
- Follow up rigorously to ensure execution discipline and adherence to agreed timelines
- Support coordination across multiple project locations if required
