We are seeking a seasoned Data Technology Consultant to join our expanding Data & AI practice and help drive Data & AI Modernization Programs for EPAM clients. This role bridges technology and business value: you will help enterprises retire legacy data warehouses and ETL platforms, move to a modern lakehouse stack, and unlock analytics and AI use cases that were out of reach before.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Presales Lifecycle
- Own opportunity solution design, technical scoping, effort estimation
- Drive Client Discovery & Advisory
- Facilitate stakeholder discovery workshops and short-term assessment engagements to formulate comprehensive legacy migration roadmaps and enterprise data strategies
- Design Modern Cloud Architectures: Architect scalable, cloud-native Data & AI solutions (utilizing Databricks, Snowflake, and medallion architecture patterns) optimized for business outcomes
- Bridge Business & Technology
- Collaborate seamlessly across sales, delivery, and technical expert teams to ensure proposed solutions perfectly match client objectives and deliver measurable value
