Responsibilities
- Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support for multiple clients
- Configuration enhancement for live applications – business process, taxonomy and metadata, new features & functionality, security, notifications, etc.
- Bulk import/export/updates of content and data
- Recommendations on application features, use, and best practices
- Maintenance of production and sandbox environments
- Creation of reports and dashboards
