EPAM is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications team, seeking an experienced engineer to design and build scalable, code-driven solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. You'll collaborate with distributed teams, contribute to architecture and implementation, and help deliver reliable, maintainable systems for global enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and MS Dynamics 365 CRM
Participate in all stages of the development life cycle, including analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, and support
Maintain and support existing applications by implementing enhancements based on prior logic, including plugins and scripts
Support the implementation of custom security models
Collaborate directly with customers to clarify and discuss requirements
Resolve technical issues by offering effective bug fixes and temporary solutions
Align with standard development practices in an agile environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions
Analyze existing applications to identify opportunities for improved performance, maintainability, usability, and efficiency
