We are looking for a Travel Specialist Junior to join our People Partnership Team — a role focused on supporting corporate travel processes and ensuring a smooth and comfortable travel experience for our employees. You will coordinate business trips, work with travel providers, support employees with day-to-day travel requests, and help keep travel processes organized and efficient across our international locations.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other external service providers
- Support employees with visa-related travel requirements and required documentation in collaboration with internal teams
- Support travel arrangements related to employee relocation when required
- Maintain accurate travel documentation, booking records, and internal data
- Support expense tracking and preparation of travel-related reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of travel request
