Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Working closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand existing workflows, pain points, bottlenecks, and manual processes
• Proactively identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or redesign processes, rather than only responding to predefined technical requirements
• Translating operational problems into pragmatic AI powered tools, automations, and software solutions
• Owning solutions end-to-end, from process discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, adoption, and iteration
• Building and integrating AI-driven applications using LLMs, APIs, internal systems, and workflow automation
• Handling both front-end and back-end development when needed, ensuring seamless integration across our tech stack
• Measuring the impact of implemented solutions and continuously improving them based on user feedback, operational metrics, and observed outcomes.
