Are you a strategic leader who bridges the gap between commercial growth and flawless delivery? We are looking for an Engagement Lead to own the client relationship from initial pitch through successful delivery and long-term value realization.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary engagement owner from opportunity qualification through delivery execution and stabilization
- Build trusted relationships with client sponsors, business owners, and IT leadership while managing communications and escalations
- Drive value realization to ensure project outcomes align directly with client business objectives
- Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to shape engagement models, validate scope, and assess risks during pre-sales
- Lead smooth deal-to-delivery transitions, ensuring SOWs, commercials, and delivery plans are aligned and executable
- Align Delivery Managers and Tech Leads on objectives, milestones, and quality standards
- Establish delivery governance (steering cadences, health KPIs, and escalation paths) while proactively managing risks and scope evolution
