Senior Software Engineer - Privileged Access Management (PAM / IAM)- India

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Core Engineering
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available microservices using C#, .NET Core, Go, and TypeScript via gRPC and the ABP framework.
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Design and deploy enterprise-grade Privileged Access Management (PAM)/IDAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp Vault), enforcing Zero Trust principles, Least Privilege access, and SCIM protocol integrations.
• Delivery & Test Engineering
• Own end-to-end continuous delivery using Origin CI, Kargo, and WoK. Ensure platform resilience by implementing unit, functional, and Playwright E2E suites alongside Performance, Scalability, and Reliability (PSR) testing.
• AI Adoption & Technical Leadership
• Champion the BMAD framework to establish governance and structure for AI-assisted workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot). Mentor engineers, conduct RFC reviews, and build shared team skill libraries.
• Multi-Platform & Full-Stack Development
• Build cross-platform services and native desktop applications (macOS, Windows, Linux) supporting complex enterprise user workflows.
