Intern Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• We are looking for an Intern Business Analyst to join our team and support day-to-day business operations and continuous improvement of laboratory information systems.
• You will work closely with laboratory users, Business Analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze existing processes, support system-related requests, and help maintain reliable and well-documented workflows.
• Support Business Analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Help create Jira tasks, acceptance criteria, and related documentation.
• BAU & User Support
• Support day-to-day business and system-related requests.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, developers, laboratory teams, and other stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of Business Analysis principles and software development processes.
• Comfortable using GenAI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to support everyday work.
• Experience with system administration, configuration, or user support.
