We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst - Telecom with Salesforce to lead requirements work and Scrum processes for a Fiber-focused application stream. You will coordinate stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver features through build, test, deploy, and maintenance with a focus on quality and predictability.
Responsibilities
- Identify stakeholders and capture their input to define and clarify requirements
- Sustain a crisp program-wide scope definition and keep it aligned across teams
- Produce and maintain documentation that supports program and project management needs
- Coordinate with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver features through build, test, and on-time release
- Run Scrum Master activities by monitoring schedules, spotting issues early, and communicating status and risks to stakeholders
- Manage release schedules and milestone commitments to maintain strong delivery velocity
- Contribute hands-on software development and project management support while coordinating cross-functionally and ensuring effective inter/intra team communications
