Data Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Own our data architecture end to end and set its technical direction, from raw data and pipelines to analytical models and reporting.
• Own the platform roadmap, including building out our data lake and leading the migration from Dataform to dbt.
• Lead and grow the Data team, setting priorities, establishing how the team works, and developing each team member.
• Set and enforce standards for data quality, governance, documentation and reliability.
• Own access to data, including customer and other sensitive data, and keep warehouse costs under control.
• Act as the main point of contact for data across the company, translating what Marketing, Finance, Operations and leadership need into a clear data direction.
