We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to exciting e-commerce initiatives, providing 2nd-line technical support with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Our client is the largest international health & beauty retail group in Asia and Europe, with over 12,000 stores operating 13 retail brands in 24 markets worldwide, serving over 27 million customers per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support for existing Hybris-based e-commerce solutions
- Participate in the development of new Hybris-based e-commerce websites
- Support the migration of existing Business Units to the latest platform versions
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Interact directly with the customer to understand and address their needs
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile best practices (Scrum)
- Operate within a Scaled Agile Framework environment
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Document support activities, solutions, and knowledge base articles
