Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design for core workflows across our public and private sector products, from first sketch to what ships
• The agentic experience in your areas: how users hand work to AI, check what it did, and decide whether to trust it
• Reusable patterns you contribute back to the design system, built so both designers and AI tools can use them

• Designing for experts: Our users are investigators and compliance analysts working through huge volumes of transactions, entities, and risk signals, often under time pressure. • Designing for humans and agents: More and more of the work in our product is done by an agent on the user's behalf.
