Sr. Solutions Engineer - API and Developer Platform

Responsibilities

• Support technical sales conversations: Join customer and partner calls, help with technical discovery, answer product questions, and explain how Brave Search API can fit into different products and AI workflows.
• Run demos and build proof-of-concepts
• Create demos, small apps, notebooks, and examples that show how to use Brave Search API for search, RAG, LLM apps, agents, and other use cases customers care about.
• Help customers get started: Work with prospects and customers as they move from first API call to a working integration.
• Identify where they get stuck and help remove those blockers.
• Improve sales and onboarding materials
• Create and maintain technical guides, demo scripts, sample code, integration notes, FAQs, and comparison materials that help customers evaluate the product.
• Work with Product and Engineering: Bring back clear feedback from customers, including missing features, confusing docs, common implementation issues, pricing questions, and competitive gaps.
• Improve the developer experience: Help make the docs, examples, API onboarding, and setup flow easier to use. The goal is to make it simple for a developer to test Brave Search API and understand what they can build with it.
• Support integrations: Help Brave show up well in the tools AI developers already use, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vercel AI SDK, and similar frameworks.
