We are hiring a Lead Software Developer - Java with AWS Cloud to drive technical delivery for Java-based microservices and AWS Cloud components in a fast-moving environment. You will guide architecture and implementation for REST APIs and front-end integrations, ensuring robust quality and clear direction—apply today.

Responsibilities

Take accountability for the team’s technology outcomes and delivery commitments
Set technical direction and mentor the team toward sound decisions
Resolve technology impediments as they arise throughout the lifecycle
Coordinate with architects and the CTO organization on governance and best practices
Balance functional and non-functional needs to deliver high-quality solutions
Shape and refine designs, architectures, and frameworks
Review and uphold quality of data models, API contracts, architecture, frameworks, and code
Guide estimation, delivery planning, prioritization, and dependency tracking
Promote effective collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders
Demonstrate hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Native microservices architecture
