APAC IT Director

Responsibilities

• Lead regional site operations and service delivery, including employee support, onboarding, executive support, incident response, and operational reliability, with clear accountability for service performance and employee satisfaction.
• Drive digital transformation through AI, automation, self-service capabilities, and intelligent workflows, reducing friction and shifting the organization from reactive support to proactive employee enablement.
• Partner with site management, Human Resources, Facilities Services (RESS), and business collaborators to align technology services with workforce growth, expansion plans, employee needs, and local business priorities.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of managers, engineers, and contractors while building leadership capability, succession plans, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Own regional vendor and contractor strategies, ensuring strong performance, quality, coverage, and alignment with business expectations and operational objectives.
