JOB DESCRIPTION: The Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting the billing activities and related operational tasks. Se/he ensures that all operations and activities are done within the deadlines and fully compliant to the requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the rated calls, SMS and Data records are successfully loaded in the billing system with the correct CDR parameters and conditions
- Ensure that all provisioning commands in the billing database are successfully executed on the network elements to minimize the queue
- Ensure that the provisioning and mediation applications are working properly
- Ensure proper operation of the mediation device such as files transfers, reprocessing of missing files
- Process and check the dump files received from different platforms on daily basis
- Re-process and re-rate rejected and wrong rated records
- Manage SIM cards input file generation, loading to the billing database, profile modification and batch activation.
