Project Manager (Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead the project through all phases: design, permitting, procurement, and construction
• Act as the central interface between consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure alignment of all stakeholders with project goals, timelines, and technical brief
• Break down project scope into clear deliverables and track progress against plan
• Maintain and manage project timelines, milestones, and coordination schedules
• Ensure timely inputs, approvals, and outputs across all disciplines
• Manage communication, deliverables, and follow-ups with contractors and suppliers
• Support procurement processes through coordination, documentation, and alignment
• Organize and control project documentation, including design packages, logs, and trackers
• Ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability of project information
