We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and configuration of Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Map out business processes and customer journeys.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories.
- Configure and customize Salesforce (flows, permission sets, custom objects, fields).
- Manage sharing and visibility settings to align with business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations during the implementation process.
