We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the team building an Enterprise Agent Development Platform — a production-grade, cloud-native ecosystem that enables engineering teams to define, orchestrate, deploy, and observe AI agents at scale. The platform standardizes agent development across the organization using LangGraph and Strands Agents on AWS AgentCore Runtime.
Responsibilities
- Build consolidated cross-tenant dashboards for agent health, cost, and estate overview
- Develop cost and token usage metrics for GenAI and compute workloads
- Derive governed aggregate metrics from raw telemetry while maintaining lineage rather than raw copies
- Establish technical versus business observability segregation across derivation, replication, and linkage
- Maintain metric facet hygiene through consistent, low-cardinality dimensions
- Construct New Relic dashboards and NRQL queries to support agent estate visibility
- Translate raw telemetry into governed, reusable aggregate metrics for organization-wide consumption
