Responsibilities
- Assist in designing analog blocks for NVM IPs, including charge pumps, high-voltage switches, sense amplifiers, and bandgap references.
- Run SPICE simulations to verify circuit performance across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) corners and Monte Carlo mismatches.
- Develop your understanding of NVM operations and the physics and constraints of OTP and MTP memory architectures.
- Work alongside senior designers to support analog circuit design, simulation, and verification activities.
- Use AI tools to support analog design, simulation analysis, and technical documentation.
