Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Team-Level Strategy: Shape and drive the strategy for your teams, ensuring alignment with Hudl's overall vision. Your strategic insights will help set the direction for multiple teams and ensure we stay ahead in the market.
• Develop Engineers: Foster a high performance, team-oriented culture by leading and mentoring engineers ranging from senior to new-to-career. You'll be responsible for developing leadership capabilities, promoting best practices, and ensuring high performance across your teams.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across your product suite. Your ability to integrate diverse perspectives will be key to driving innovation and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Serve as a technical leader, guiding your teams in the development of robust, scalable solutions on the cloud. Your deep technical knowledge will be crucial in solving complex challenges and driving engineering excellence.
• Champion Agentic/AI Engineering Practices
• Drive acceleration of our software development lifecycle via impactful adoption of AI development tooling and patterns. We're investing heavily in the best tools available to dramatically increase how quickly we're able to get our products in the hands of customers.
