People Advisory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact and advisor for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, labor-law-related queries and day-to-day people topics
• Support employees and managers through the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify HR processes and documentation using AI tools and HR system functionality
• Participate in regional/ global HR projects and implementation of HR tools & systems
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HR systems and prepare regular HR reports and data analyses
• Actively contribute to the organization of events and ESG initiatives
• Act as backup for the HR Operations Specialist, covering core HR operations tasks during absences or peak periods
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Mobility and other teams to ensure a consistent employee experience
