As a vital part of our onboarding and optimization processes, the technical consulting team ensures our customers utilize Outreach to the fullest technical potential while adhering to best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute on implementations & projects for customers, including AI-enabled solution deployments within our platform
- Partner with Program & Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, Trainers, and customer stakeholders to successfully drive projects to completion
- Support the adoption of AI-enabled workflows
- Collaborate with client technical experts to establish a thorough configuration testing plan
